No win, no fee - if you don’t raise anything, you don’t pay us.

If you do raise funds, we charge a 5% success fee on all funds raised, applied if and only if you successfully raise funds.

Any investment funds raised are subject to a fixed legal/administration fee of $2000 to setup a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to pool all investors into one investor in your company, applied if and only if you successfully raise investment funds.

If you pay investors dividends or sell your company and distribute funds through our platform then we administer payments for 5% of the funds distributed through our platform to investors. You do not pay this fee, the investors do.
