Refunds:


US Investors

  1. If paid using ACH: Refunds are paid in the same bank account you sent the funds from (less any third-party transaction fees), which will be managed by Prime Trust.


  1. If paid using BF funds: Refunds are returned to your BF funds (less the transaction and any third-party fees).


  1. If paid using crypto: Refunds will be returned in crypto but the amount can be different. i.e. the crypto was converted to USD at the market price at the time of investment and will be converted back to crypto at the market price again at the time of refund (less any third-party transactions fees by Prime Trust).


For example, an investor invests a total of $1000 by sending 5 ETH at $200 each. In case there is a refund and the ETH price is $500 at the time of refund, then the investor would get approx 2 ETH back (less the transaction and any third-party fees). In case the ETH price drops to $100 then the investor would get approximately 10 ETH (less the transaction and any third-party fees).


  1. If paid using debit/credit card: Refunds will be credited back to the card you used to invest (less the transaction and any third-party fees), managed by Prime Trust.


Non-US Investors

  1. If paid using BF funds (USD/USDT): Refund will be paid in USD/USDT and will be credited back to your BF funds balance (less the transaction and any third-party fees).

  2. If paid using crypto(BTC/ETH): If the company is accepting crypto investments in BTC/ETH then refunds will be paid in BTC/ETH. All altcoin payments will be converted to BTC at the time of investment and will also be paid back in BTC in case of a refund.
    So if you invest 1 BTC, you will get a refund of 1 BTC (less the transaction and any third-party fees).

  3. If paid using crypto but the company is accepting only USD investments and auto converting the crypto investments to USD: Refunds will be in USD/USDT and the refund will be credited to your BF funds. The USD value will be the investment amount you made during the time of investment (less the transaction and any third-party fees).

  4. If paid using debit/credit card: Refunds will be credited back to the card you used to invest (less the transaction and any third-party fees), managed by Prime Trust.
